A bit impressive considering it was very low light and handheld.  I also discovered by accident that if you don’t clear the photo from the app that you can double expose the image as I’ve done here.  I cropped this photo slightly in my iPhoto app and sharpened it in Fireworks on my desktop.  You can take as many photos without clearing as you want.  Then when you go into edit > freeze mode you can choose from either of the last two photos or choose to double expose the last two together.

The bottom photo is straight from my iPhone to the page with only a single exposure.

The following photo of the same scene came from the Camera+ app and was processed using the Clarity filter.
